My Autumn 2023 Collection

Do you love autumn as much as I do? I’m selling prints of some of my favorite fall photos!

[Update Nov. 30, 2023: The store is now closed for the season.]

It’s time to announce a personal project I’ve been meaning to do for the last couple of years: my Autumn 2023 Collection of fall color photo prints.

I get a little enthusiastic this time of year. I’ve always been a crisp-weather kind of guy, more comfortable in a fuzzy sweater under dramatic clouds than in the heat and endless blue skies of summer. So when I took up photography, I was naturally drawn to autumn: vibrant yellows, rich oranges, leaves dappled for a short time before winter sets in. As my good friend and fellow photographer Mason Marsh once said, “I hope someday someone looks at me with the same sort of love and affection that Jeff Carlson gazes upon fall colors.”

Living in the Pacific Northwest* where autumn’s glory can be spectacular, I’ve amassed a collection of favorite fall photos that transport me to those colorful locations when I look at them. And now I’m selling some of them as photo prints.

Yes, beautiful, colorful, physical photos printed onto tactile, museum-quality photo paper: Moab Entrada Rag Bright 190, a 100% cotton fine art acid-free stock. Photos you can hold, turn in the light, feel with your fingers, frame, and hang.

And it’s an experience I hope you’ll want to own. I’ve chosen some of my favorite fall photos, which sell in packs of three 5×7-inch prints for just $50. The packs are organized by themes: a vertical set, a horizontal set, the Tree Lover’s pack, and the Autumn Waters pack. You can also order individual prints for $20 each. Shipping is free for orders above $45. Your purchase supports a local creator (me), and the prints also make great gifts for your autumn-loving friends. (If you’re interested in larger prints, contact me.)

I’m proud to present my Autumn 2023 Collection. And if it’s successful, I’ll choose a different set of photos next year and we can make it a tradition.

* Vermont and Colorado, I see you over there waving your deep reds and miles and miles of orange trees. I promise I will visit with my camera.
