Shot on iPhone Critiques at the Let’s Talk Photography Podcast

To highlight the photo capabilities of the iPhone, Apple runs a #ShotOniPhone contest that’s open to anyone who tags their social media photos with that hashtag. A group of celebrity judges then wades through what must be tens of thousands of photos and plucks out the best. This year’s crop was certainly impressive.

Over the weekend, I was a guest on Bart Busschot’s Let’s Talk Photography podcast, where we critiqued each of the ten winning shots. We talk about why they were likely chosen, speculated about how much post-processing was done to some of them, and generally had an enjoyable chat about the images and photography in general.
