[Update: We had a great time shooting and editing photos at the market. I’m currently working on scheduling the next one. Interested? Send me an email to help me figure out the best date!]
I’m leading a one-day photo workshop on April 21 at Seattle’s iconic Pike Place Market, and a few spots are still open! This is going to be a great day:
We’ll meet up in the morning at the market and spend a couple of hours photographing this colorful and vibrant destination. After that, we’ll grab lunch from one of the many vendors, and then head to The Makers Space for three hours of how-to instruction on importing, managing, editing, and sharing the photos we captured in the morning.
If that doesn’t sound appealing enough, keep in mind that there’s a little shop that sells freshly-made mini donuts.
And this workshop is special, because all the money collected is going to Adams Elementary (my daughter’s school) as part of an auction fundraising item. The cost is just $100, which is half what this workshop normally goes for. But hurry, because the auction item closes this week, March 24! (Sorry for the late notice, but the in-person auction attendees got first dibs.)
For more information on this event, see my Workshops page. I’m looking forward to seeing you there!
