Nicole S. Young (nicolesy) posted a great short article on using Lightroom’s metadata filters to help you choose which camera gear to pack for your next trip: Using Lightroom to Select Lenses for Travel.
Essentially, look at which lenses you used the most on previous trips, and then pack just those, not your entire collection. Great advice.
