For the last few years I’ve updated the Photoshop Elements Classroom in a Book, but sales of the 2021 version didn’t justify a new edition, alas. However, the publisher still wanted a Photoshop Elements book on the market, so they approached me with a novel idea: update my Photoshop Elements Visual QuickStart Guide as part of their new VQS lineup.
The book was last updated in 2011, so there was quite a bit to edit and add, which I wrapped up during the winter. Plus, the VQS format now includes accompanying videos—nearly 2 hours’ worth!—which show techniques in action or cover topics that couldn’t make it into the book itself due to page count limits. (The videos are included as part of the Web Edition. Once you register your book purchase, it can be found at the bottom of the Digital Purchases tab.)
