Nuking the site from orbit

November 28, 2012 — Leave a comment

In the grand tradition of blog reboots, I’m drawing a line in the sand between the content that appeared before this redesign and what comes after. Sure, it would be nice to go back and clean up everything I’ve posted since 2003, but I don’t have the time or inclination. The good news is that all the content is still here, and even better, is comprised of material I wrote at jeffcarlson.com and my long-running (but increasingly sporadically updated) blog about iMovie. You can search the site for old material, especially if you’re looking for iMovie tips and the like.

This new jeffcarlson.com will also act as the home for necoffee.com, my Never Enough Coffee Creations “business” site that was updated even less frequently than jeffcarlson.com. (I take solace in the fact that I’ve always been too busy to update that site, which is a good problem to have if you’re a freelance writer.)

As Ripley and Hicks say in Aliens, better to lift off and nuke the site from orbit; it’s the only way to be sure.
