The last week has been spent, literally, in the wilds of South Africa. And although cellular access seems to be pretty prevalent, I’ve had no Internet access for over a week. Now we’re back in Pretoria, tired and a little adventured-out briefly. I’ll post more details later, but for now I wanted to make a note that Kim and I did not end up as lion food (though our close-up encounter with an aggressive and rare black rhino caused our wilderness trail guide to remark, “That could have been… gruesome”).
