Pudding Creek Trestle at Sunset

I love running across photos in my library that I’d forgotten about. I need to allocate more time to going through back albums. (Click the photo for a better, larger view.)

The Pudding Creek Trestle in Fort Bragg, California once carried lumber by train, and has since been refurbished as a walkway.

Helix Bridge

I finally had the opportunity to walk over the Helix Bridge at Amgen’s offices in Seattle. I love that this could have been just a big, boring pedestrian bridge, but someone decided to make it incredible instead.

Unfortunately, Amgen has decided to pull out of Seattle, leaving behind new offices and state-of-the-art science facilities. I hope they won’t have trouble filling the space.

South Falls Bridge

I want to return to Silver Falls State Park near Silverton, Oregon, because I feel like I only scratched the surface of the area when I visited in October. This photo was shot crouched at the edge of the creek near a bridge at the South Falls.
